drop off / pick up procedures


Drop-Off: Feb. 26th, 2010Sequoia Mall (former Ross location)

PRIOR TO DROP-OFF

If you wouldn't buy it, don't try to sell it!  Please be certain that all of your sale items are in excellent condition.  Working batteries MUST be included, when necessary.

IMPORTANT:  A STAR RED or BLACK/WHITE indicates that your item will ONLY SELL AT FULL PRICE.  RED or BLACK/WHTIE STAR items are NOT INCLUDED IN THE 1/2 PRICE SALE.

Review the Merchandise Prep. pages for the lastest guidelines. 

  • Sort clothing according to size and gender. 
  • Double check all tags.  We will not be responsible for mistagged or mispriced items or items without a tag.  These are your items, and ultimately your money.  Please follow the pricing guidelines exactly!
  • Tagging guns are accepted.  Please be sure to place your tag in a seam and under the left arm (for shirts).  If you place the tag in the fabric, a hole will be created and your item will no longer be saleable.
  • Print tags on cardstock only
  • No handwritten tags

Please allow approximately 45-60 minutes for drop-off this season.  In order to maintain the high standard of quality merchandise, all items will be inspected for acceptance.  FYI - Don't wait until the last minute to drop-off.  This time will be the busiest.

If you are planning on selling a large amount of items, please try to bring your items in as early in the day as possible.  The more items you bring, the more you sell, the longer it takes to check you in!

Drop Off Feb. 25th by appointment only for those that have 200 items or more. You must contact

AT PICK-UP

Sunday - March 7, 2010

Consignor's Pick-up 1:00 - 2:00 P.M.
Visalia YMCA pick-up 2:01 P.M.

You will be asked what your consignor number is when you enter to pick up your items.  Please know your consignor number!

PLEASE READ !!! If you are unable to pick up your unsold items please make arrangements with someone to pick them up for you. Items not picked up will be donated to Visalia YMCA.  Once the donation truck is being loaded, no entrance will be given to anyone who is late. We must vacate the building at our scheduled time, and it is not possible for us to keep any items. After the stated pick-up, it is out of our hands.  Sorry, but phone calls will NOT be made to consignors.

ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP WILL BE DONATED


 
           
We are located in the Sequoia Mall, the former Ross location, next to the theater.  

Bring items to inspection tables.  Please come prepared to complete your agreement form, have your items inspected, and help place your items on the sales floor.
